摘要
针对不同磨损工况、不同材质的大型粉磨设备挤压研磨面金属材料的特性及疲劳层深度,研制了三种高硬度、高耐磨、微渣型自保护药芯焊丝,用于大型粉磨设备磨损后的修复再制造,延长了设备的使用寿命,缩短了设备修理时间,降低了生产成本。
According to the characteristics and fatigue layer depth that the large grinding equipment of the different wear conditions and different materials extruding the metal materials of the grinding surface, three kinds of high hardness, high wear resistance and self-shielded flux-cored wire of micro slag type are developed for the repair remanufacturing after large grinding equipment wear, they extend the service life of the equipments, shorten the repair time of the equipments and reduce the production cost
