摘要
塔山煤矿是同煤集团第一座开采石炭二叠系特厚煤层的千万吨矿井,核定生产能力1 500万t/a,设计服务年限140 a,塔山煤矿二盘区受地质构造影响,煤体破碎严重,巷道掘进困难,部分煤体受掘进扰动后破碎加剧,存在冒落危险,为了保证巷道掘进安全和提高巷道掘进水平,我们采用超前锚注加固方法,对巷道顶板围岩进行预加固,得出了适合石炭二叠系破碎煤层超前锚注的关键参数,取得了较好的效果。
Tashan Mine is the first ten million tons mine of Datong Coal Mine Group to mine Carboniferous-Permian thick coal seam, the verification production capacity of 15 million t/a, the design service life is 140 a, the coal of 2 panel in Tashan Mine influenced by geological structure is broken seriously, it's very difficult for tunneling roadway, the degree of some coal fragmentation is enhanced by tunneling disturbance, the failing risk exists, in order to ensure tunneling safety and improve the level of tunneling roadway, we adopt advanced anchor reinforcement method, the surrounding rock of roadway roof is carried out pre-reinforcement, the key parameters that suitable for advanced anchor in the broken coal seam of Carboniferous-Permian is concluded, it achieves the better result and has been successfully applied at present.
