摘要
针对同煤集团特厚煤层开采矿井的特厚顶煤巷道中,锚杆锚索无法全部锚固到稳定岩层、巷道断面大、综放开采采动影响强烈等一系列难题,在分析锚杆锚索在煤层中的锚固性能、高预应力对全煤巷道围岩控制机理基础上,研究了高预应力锚杆支护技术,进行了火成岩侵入影响破碎围岩大巷、强烈动压影响大断面煤巷、深部多次动压影响巷道等复杂困难巷道的支护设计与井下支护效果分析。在塔山、麻家梁煤矿的应用结果表明,高预应力锚杆支护技术能够有效控制特厚煤层全煤巷道的强烈变形,满足煤矿安全高效生产的要求。
In view of a series of the problems that all of the anchors cann't be anchored to the stable rock, the cross section of the roadway is large, the influence of the fully mechanized mining is strong in the thick top-coal roadway mining of Datong Coal Mine Group, based on the analysis of the anchoring performance of the anchors in the coal seams and the mechanism of the high prestress on the surrounding rock control of the full coal roadway, the high prestress anchor bolt support technology is studied, the support design and support effect analysis for the difficult complex roadway that the influence of the igneous rock intrusion on the crushed surrounding rock, the influence of the strong pressure on the roadway with the large cross section and the influence of the deep pressure on the roadway are carried on. The results of the applications in Tashan Mine and Majialiang Mine show that the high prestress anchor bolt support technology can effectively control the strong deformation of the full coal roadway of the thick coal seam and meet the requirements of safe and efficient production of coal mine.
