摘要
目前在我国矿用刮板输送机中普遍采用双速电动机驱动系统,通过对双速电机从低速到高速的切换来实现大功率电机的启动[1]。但是由于存在较大的机械冲击和电气冲击,经常造成启动失败、断链等事故,安全性差。并且采用这种方式要使用专门的双绕组电动机、双根电缆和双速开关。双速电动机结构复杂,造价高,供电系统相当于两台电动机,低速切换不易有效控制,故障点多,可靠性差。因此,本文研究利用变频器驱动技术与电动机结合成一体,通过技术创新和创新思维的结合,解决现有驱动方式中的设备成本高、设备冗杂、电磁干扰、维护困难等问题。
At present, the mine scraper conveyors widely use two-speed motor drive system in our country, the startup of the high power motors is realized by switching on the two-speed motors from low speed to high speed. But because of the larger mechanical shock and electric shock, the accidents of startup failure and chains break are often caused, and the safety is poor. And the special double winding motor, double cable and double speed switch are used in this way. The two-speed motors have the complex structures and high costs, their power supply systems are equivalent to two motors, the low speed switchs are not easy to control, and they have many failure points and poor reliability. So combining variable- frequency drive technology and motor is studied, the high equipment costs, tedious equipments,electromagnetic interference, maintenance difficulties and other issues are solved in the existing driving mode by technical innovation and creative thinking.
