共享型实训基地在优化资源配置、深化校政企行合作、服务区域经济和社区教育等方面具有独特优势,是国家大力倡导建设的一种实训基地形式。文章阐述了高职共享型实训基地建设的现实意义和功能,结合罗定职业技术学院自动化类公共实训基地建设的实例,对共享型实训基地建设与运行机制进行了积极的探索,走出了一条欠发达地区高职院校实训基地建设与可持续运行的新路子。

The shared practice training base is a kind of base that the country advocates to construct. It has unique advantages in optimizing the allocation of resources, deepening the cooperation between government and enterprise, serving the regional economy and community education. This paper expounds the practical significance and functions of the construction of shared practice training base. Combined with the example of automation training base construction of Luoding Polytechnic, the paper actively explores the shared training base construction and operation mechanism and found a new way for the higher vocational colleges in less developed areas to construct the training base and operate sustainably.
