摘要
为了全面了解高职院校毕业生社会需求和人才培养质量,2015年X省Y高职院校与麦可思公司合作开展2014届毕业生社会需求与培养质量调查,调查内容涵盖6个体系18个方面,包含就业率、工作与专业满意度、核心课程评价等内容。通过调查发现X省Y高职院校以下三个方面的问题比较突出:就业率不高;就业质量不容乐观;实习实践环节欠缺。针对调查问题,从办学特色、专业建设、实践教学和师资建设等方面提出对策。
In order to fully understand the social needs and talents training quality of higher vocational colleges graduates, Y Vocational College in X province cooperated with MyCOS Corporation to conduct a survey about the graduates of 2014. The survey content has six systems which are 18 aspects, including employment rate, job and major satisfaction, core curriculum evaluation, etc. The survey shows that there are three major problems which are low employment rate, poor employment quality and lack of internship practice. Some countermeasures are put forward from such aspects as school-running characteristics, specialty construction, practice teaching and teaching staff construction.
