高职院校学生满意度调查与实证研究——以黎明职业大学为例

An empirical study of students' satisfaction survey of higher vocational colleges——taking Liming Vocational University as an example

高职院校学生满意度的高低可成为评判其办学水平与质量的重要标准,了解学生的满意度有利于提高高职院校教育服务质量。文章通过对黎明职业大学学生满意度的调查和实证分析,深入剖析了学生对"教学质量"、"管理质量"、"学习生活条件"等方面的评价,并提出相关的建议。

Higher vocational college students＇ degree of satisfaction can serve as an important indicator for the school-running quality and be beneficial to the education quality of the vocational college. Taking Liming Vocational University as an example, this paper makes an empirical study about the students＇ degree of satisfaction and analyses students＇ evaluation about teaching quality, administrative quality and living condition. As a result, a few suggestions are proposed.
