The characteristics of electro-hydraulic hammer rod, lower block copper sleeve, molded seals and turning seals have been introduced in the text, as well as the common injuries of hammer rod and copper sleeve.Since the electro-hydraulic hammer works in poor operating environment and runs in impact state, the hammer rod and copper sleeve are high-consumption worn parts. Badly worn hammer rod can＇t find an ap- propriate size molded seals to work with, so the hammer rod has to scrapped. The recyclingmethod of old hammer rod and copper sleeve has been put forward, as well as the application of turning seals.
