大型铝挤压机扁挤压筒有限元分析

摘要 建立了扁挤压筒三维模型,应用有限元法进行了热-结构分析,结果显示内衬在过盈预紧力、热载荷与工作内压作用下,外壁在圆周方向上呈长圆形,内壁水平轴向各节点与垂直轴向各节点沿挤压方向变形具有分段性特征;内壁圆弧处的受力过渡区极易出现应力高值,内壁直边段的等效应力值沿挤压方向明显分为两段,分段位置接近挤压筒全长二分之一,内壁圆弧处的各等效应力等值面几乎平行。 It was built that finite element model of the fiat extrusion container, and the thermal-structure analysis was carried out by using finite element. The results show that the outer wall of lining present a kind of long circular in circumferential direction under interference pre-tightening force, thermal load, and working pressure, the horizontal and vertical node's deformation has sectional characteristics along extrusion direction in inner wall of lining. The high-value stress is easy to occur at the loading transition region in arc position of lining, meanwhile. The equivalent stress value of straight edge position of lining along extru- sion direction can be divided into two interval obviously, which position close to the half of full length of extrusion container, and the each equivalent stress iso-surface in arc position of lining display nearly parallel.
