轮罩外板的冲压数值模拟与拉延筋优化 被引量:7

摘要 以某型汽车的轮罩外板为研究对象,对其进行冲压模拟仿真,发现在其法兰部分存在起皱风险,在拉延深度较大的内弧侧存在拉裂风险。采用增设拉延筋的方式对成形过程进行改进。通过分析对比整圈拉延筋和分段拉延筋两种形式,得出分段拉延筋更有利于零件成形。对其进行优化设计,使零件缺陷消失,成形质量良好,为轮罩外板的模具设计提供理论依据。 Taking the outer panel of wheel cover of some model of ing simulation has been conducted. It is found that the wrinkle fracture risk occurs in inner are side with bigger drawing depth. vehicle as the research object, the stamprisk exists in the flange part and tension The drawbead has been added to improve the forming process. By comparative analysis of the whole circle drawbead and section drawbeads, it is obtained that the section drawbead is betterfor forming. The optimized design has been conducted to eliminate the part defects with good forming quality, which provides theoretical reference for tool design of outer panel for wheel cover .
