摘要 风力机的气动特性是衡量风力机性能的重要指标,对风力机各种工况下的气动特性进行研究有重要的应用价值。本文设计并建造了一种三叶片可以独立变桨,机舱可以偏航的风力机实验器。编制了测控系统软件,可以对变桨、偏航机构进行控制,测取实验器增减速过程,绘制实验器角加速曲线、偏载特性曲线。利用本文设计的实验器和测控软件在风洞中进行了减速曲线测取和偏载特性测量实验,实验结果与理论分析一致。经试验验证,实验器变桨、偏航机构设计合理,叶片、机舱角度定位准确,测控系统运行稳定。 A simulated instrument of wind turbine with three pieces of independent pitching blades has been designed and built, the cabin of which can yaw. The software of testing system has been established. The pitching and yawing unit have been controlled. The increasing and decreasing of the instrument speed has been tested. The angular acceleration curve and partial loading behavior of the instrument have been drawn. The decreasing curve test and partial loading behavior have been conducted in the wind cave by use of simulated instrument and testing software. The experimental results agree with the theoretical analysis. It is verified that the pitching and yawing unit are reasonable in design and blade & cabin angular location is accurate, while the testing system runs stably.
