参附注射液对冠心病慢性心力衰竭心肾阳虚证病人免疫功能的影响

The Impact of Shenfu Injection on the Immune Function in Patients with Chronic Heart Failure and Heart-kidney Yang Deficiency Syndrome

目的研究参附注射液对冠心病慢性心力衰竭(CHF)心肾阳虚证的免疫功能和细胞因子的影响。方法收集2013年8月—2014年2月,中国中医科学院广安门医院心内科慢性心力衰竭心肾阳虚证的住院病人共56例,按随机数字表随机分为治疗组和对照组,其中治疗组26例,对照组30例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,治疗组在常规西药治疗的基础上加用参附注射液60 m L静脉输注,一天一次,疗程(10±2)d。观察两组外周血CD_4^+CD_(25)^+Foxp3+Treg细胞比例及血浆白介素-10(IL-10)、转化生长因子β_1(TGFβ_1)水平的变化。结果两组病人血浆TGFβ_1、CD_4^+CD_(25)^+Foxp3+Treg细胞比例及CD4+比例均明显上升,血浆IL 10明显下降,且治疗组效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论参附注射液具有调节慢性心力衰竭病人免疫功能及细胞因子网络平衡的作用,是治疗CHF的有效药物。

Objective To study the impact of Shenfu injeetion（SFI） on immune function in patients with heart failure and heartkidney yang deficiency syndrome.Methods Fiftysix patients were collected in the cardiovascular department of Guang anmen Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences between August 2013 to February 2014.AII patients were randomly divided into two groups：control group（ n = 30） treated with routine treatment, and treatment group（ n = 26）treated with routine treatment and SFI for 10＋ 2 days.Results The levels of transforming growth factor beta 1 （TGF-β1 ）, CD4 ＋ CD25＋ Foxp3 ＋ Treg, CD4 ＋ were increased, while levels of interleukin 10 （IL- 10） was decreased in two groups.The effects of treatment group were better than that in control group.Conclusion SFI is effective for the treatment of heart failure with heart kidney yang deficiency syndrome.
