摘要 目的探讨变应性鼻炎(AR)患者外周血中T细胞亚群及其相关细胞因子的表达。方法收集34例AR患者(AR组)和20例健康志愿者(对照组)的外周血。采用流式细胞术(FCM)检测外周血中辅助性T细胞1(Th1细胞)、Th2、Th17细胞和CD4^+ CD25^+调节性T细胞(Treg细胞)、Foxp3^+ CD4^+ CD25^+ Treg细胞百分比;同时检测血清中白细胞介素27(IL-27)、γ干扰素(IFN-γ)、IL-4、转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)和IL-17的表达水平。结果 AR组的Th1、Th17细胞百分比和Th1/Th2细胞比例明显高于对照组,Th2细胞百分比明显低于对照组,Th1/Th2比例明显失衡。AR组患者外周血CD4^+ CD25^+ Treg细胞和Foxp3^+ CD4^+ CD25^+ Treg细胞百分比明显低于对照组。AR组IL-4和IL-17表达明显高于对照组,IFN-γ、IL-27和TGF-β1明显低于对照组。结论 AR患者外周血中Th1/Th2、Th17/Treg细胞失衡是导致AR的重要原因。 Objective To investigate the expression of T lymphocyte subgroups, regulatory T cells and related cytokines in peripheral blood of patients with allergic rhinitis (AR). Methods Peripheral blood from 34 AR patients (AR group) and 20 healthy volunteers (control group) was collected. Flow cytometry (FCM) was used to detect the percentage of helper T cell 1 (Th1 cell), Th2 cell, Th17 cell, CD4+ CD25 + regulatory T (Treg cell) and Foxp3 + CD4 + CD25 + Treg cell, and the expression of interleukin 27 (IL-27), interferon γ (IFN-γ), IL-4, transforming growth factor 1 (TGF-β1) and IL-17 in the peripheral blood. Results The percentage of Th1 cells, Th17 cells and Th1/Th2 was all higher in AR group than those in the control group, while the percentage of Th2 cells was lower than that in the control group. The proportion of Th1/Th2 imbalance was obvious. The percentage of CD4 + CD25 + Treg cells and Foxp3+CD4+ CD25 + Treg cells was lower in AR group than those in the control group. The expression of IL-4 and IL-17 was higher in AR group than those in the control group, while IFN-γ, IL-27 and TGF-β1 was lower in AR group than those in the control group. Conclusions The imbalances of Th1/Th2 and Th17/Treg cells in the peripheral blood were the important causes of AR.
