我国医学生法律教育现状及对策

Status quo of legal education for medical students in China and its countermeasures

医学生是未来医务人员的后备军,提升医学生法律素质是提升医务人员整体素质,构建和谐医患关系,落实"依法治国"方针的重要途径。医学生法律素质缺失的重要原因在于在校期间法律教育的缺失,因此,在目前医患关系紧张的背景下,对医学生进行法律教育已经是迫在眉睫。本研究对法律教育在我国医学院校开展的情况进行综述,旨在为我国医学教育提供参考。

Medical students were the reserve group of future medical staff,so it was an important way to improve the legal quality of medical students for enhancing the overall quality of medical staff,to build a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients and to implement the policy of＂governing the country by law＂.Lack of legal education was an important reason for the lack of legal quality of medical students in school.Therefore,it was urgent to carry out legal education for medical students under the background of current tense doctor-patient relationship.This study reviewed the development of legal education in medical universities,so as to provide references for medical education in China.
