危重症专科护士工作压力源、心理资本与职业生涯相关性研究 被引量:23

摘要 [目的]了解危重症专科护士工作压力源、心理资本、职业生涯状况现状,探讨其相关性。[方法]采用中国护士工作压力源量表、心理资本问卷、职业生涯状况评价量表对山东省12所三级甲等综合医院247名危重症专科护士进行调查分析。[结果]危重症专科护士的工作压力源总分为(92.13±20.17)分,心理资本得分为(105.47±13.35)分,职业生涯状况总分为(79.19±11.63)分。工作压力源总分与职业生涯总分、职业满意度维度呈负相关(P<0.05);心理资本总分与各维度与职业生涯总分呈正相关(P<0.05)。心理资本总分、工作压力源总分是危重症专科护士职业生涯状况的主要预测变量(R^2=0.318)。[结论]危重症专科护士职业生涯状况有待改善,减轻工作压力、加强心理资本的培养是促进专科护士的职业生涯科学发展的重要因素。 Objective:To understand the work pressure source,psychological capital and career status of specialist nurses in ICU,and to probe into their correlation.Methods:A total of 247 specialist nurses in ICU from 12 thirdgrade comprehensive hospitals in Shandong province received the investigation by using the Chinese nurses working pressure source scale,psychological capital questionnaire and career status evaluation scale.Results:The total scores of work pressure source of specialist nurses in ICU was 92.13±20.17.The psychological capital score was 105.47±13.35,The total score of career status was 79.19±11.63.The total score of work pressure source had negative correlations with both the total score of career and job satisfaction dimensions(P〈0.05).The total scores and each dimension of psychological capital and career total score was positively correlated(P〈0.05).The total score of psychological capital and work pressure source were the main predictive variables(R^2=0.318)in the career status of specialist nurses in ICU.Conclusion:The career status of specialist nurses in ICU need to be improved.To reduce the work pressure and to strengthen the training of psychological capital are important factors to promote the career scientific development of specialist nurses.
