摘要
[目的]探讨Sandwich教学法在护理管理学教学中的应用效果。[方法]将我院全国统招5年制护理专业本科3年级6个班学生119人随机分为对照组58人和研究组61人。对照组采用传统教学法,研究组采用Sandwich教学法,比较两种方法的教学效果。[结果]研究组考试总分明显高于对照组,且研究组多选题、论述题、案例分析题得分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。教学后研究组学生评判性思维能力总分及寻求真相、开放思想、分析能力、评判性思维自信心、求知欲、认知成熟度6个维度得分高于对照组(P<0.05)。教学后研究组学生的学习积极主动性总分与学习驱动性、学习目标、深入学习、控制学习、扎实学习5个因子得分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]Sandwich教学法能有效提升护理管理学教学效果,有利于提高学生的评判性思维能力及学习积极主动性。
Objective:To probe into the application effect of Sandwich teaching method in teaching of nursing management.Methods:A total of 119 cases in grade three totally six classes in five-years of nursing undergraduate passed the national entrance examination were randomly divided into control group 58 cases and research group 61 cases.Students in control group used the traditional teaching method.Students in research group used Sandwich teaching method.Then the teaching effect of the two methods was compared.Results:The total test score in research group was significantly higher than that in control group.And scores of multiple choice questions,discussion questions,case analysis questions in research group were significantly higher than that in control group(P〈0.05).After teaching,scores of 6dimensions in research group were significantly higher than those in control group(P〈0.05)including seeking truth,open thought,analytical ability,critical thinking selfconfidence,curiosity and cognitive maturity(P〈0.05).After teaching,total score of learning initiative and 5factors scores including learning motivation,learning goals,in-depth study,control learning,solid learning in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Sandwich teaching method could effectively improve the teaching effect of nursing management,which was beneficial to improve students' critical thinking ability and learning initiative.
