摘要
目的选取耳部特定穴位应用王不留行籽进行穴位贴压,研究其对肛肠科疾病术后疼痛的疗效影响。方法将200名肛肠疾病患者按照随机原则分成二组。其中耳穴试验组100例,常规组100例。耳穴试验组进行常规中西医治疗、护理以及术后指导,另外进行耳部穴位贴压;常规组同样进行其他术后治疗及护理,不行耳部贴压治疗。结果耳穴试验组在第一天、第三天疼痛评分与常规组相比具有显著差异,此差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),耳穴贴压治疗肛肠科术后疼痛疗效显著。结论耳穴贴压对肛肠科疾病术后疼痛具有缓解作用,效果明显,可减轻患者心理及生理负担,减轻患者痛苦。
Objective To explore the influence of postoperation pain of anorectal disease treated by auricular plaster therapy with cowherb seed.Methods Two hundreds cases with anorectal disease were divided into two groups randomly.One hundred cases were in treatment group and others in control group.Traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment,nursing and postoperative direction were applied with auricular plaster therapy,but the same traditional treatment were used in control without auricular plaster therapy.Results The pain scores of treatment group had significance compared to control on1 st and 3rd days.The auricular plaster therapy had remarkable effect on relieving pain of postoperation pain of anorectal disease.Conclusion It can relieve the psychological and physiological burden and pain of patients.
