栀子清胃胶囊的显微鉴定

MICROSCOPIC IDENTIFICATION OF ZHIZIQINGWEI CAPSULES

目的建立栀子清胃胶囊的质量标准。方法采用水制片和水合氯醛制片法,对栀子清胃胶囊进行显微粉末鉴定。结果栀子清胃胶囊粉末观察到木纤维,表皮细胞,石细胞,非腺毛,腺毛,花粉粒,树脂道,草酸钙方晶,草酸钙针晶和草酸钙簇晶等生药显微鉴别特征,确定该制剂中含有木香,佛手,蒲公英,金银花,大黄,栀子,黄连,枳壳,白术,重楼,三七等中药。结论栀子清胃胶囊的显微粉末特征可作为其质量标准,为栀子清胃胶囊的显微鉴定提供科学依据。

Objective To establish quality standard for Zhiziqingwei capsules.Methods Microscopic characteristics of the powder from Zhiziqingwei capsules were completed by water producer＇s and the chloral hydrate producer＇s method.Results The wood fiber,epidermic cells,stone cells,glandular hairs,nonglandular hairs,pollen grain,resin canal,Calcium oxalate crystals,calcium oxalate crystals and clusters of calcium oxalate could be found in the powder of Zhiziqingwei capsules,which could dertermine the preparation containing the Radix Aucklandiae,Fructus Citri Sarcodactylis,Herba Taraxaci,Flos Lonicerae,Radix et Rhizoma Rhei,Fructus Gardeniae,Rhizoma Coptidis,Fructus Aurantii,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,Paris polyphylla and Radix Notoginseng.Conclusions Research results can be used for making the quality standard of the Zhiziqingwei capsules.
