肺康复训练对肺癌患者术后化疗肺功能及生活质量的影响

THE EFFECT OF PULMONARY REHABILITATION TRAINING ON LUNG FUNCTION AND QUALITY OF LIFE IN PATIENTS WITH LUNG CANCER AFTER OPERATION

目的探讨肺部康复训练对肺癌患者术后肺功能和生活质量的影响。方法将2014年10月—2015年9月来该院肺科住院的肺癌手术后继续接受化疗的患者110例纳入试验,随机分为对照组55例和观察组55例。对照组患者手术化疗后给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上给予肺康复训练。结果二组患者在肺康复训练12周考察后,观察组除社会功能外,与生活质量相关的躯体功能,认知功能,角色功能,情绪功能以及生活质量的评分显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组机体不良症状评分较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。肺康复训练2个月后二组患者用力肺活量(FVC)、第1s用力呼气量(FEV1)、最大通气量(MVV)、FEV1/MVV差异显著,观察组康复训练评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论本研究考察的肺康复训练能够有效减少患者化疗后并发症发生率、增强肺功能,提高患者的生活质量,对肺癌患者康复具有积极临床意义,提高治疗效率。

Objective To explore the effect of pulmonary rehabilitation training on lung function and quality of life in patients with lung cancer after chemotherapy.Methods A total of 110 patients undergoing surgery for lung cancer in author＇s hospital between October 2014 and September 2015,were randomly divided into experiment group and control group,with 55 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing after operation and chemotherapy,while the observation group was given pulmonary rehabilitation training on the basis of routine nursing.Results After 12 weeks of pulmonary rehabilitation training,the functions were significantly higher in the observation group than that in the control group（P〈0.05）included physical function,cognitive function,role function,emotional function and overall quality of life except social function.But the body bad symptom scores were decreased in the observation group than the control group.Pulmonary rehabilitation training before and after,the differences between the two groups on FVC,FEV1,MVV,FEV1/MVV were significant,after training,the observation group was significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusions Pulmonary rehabilitation training can relieve the postoperative adverse symptoms of lung cancer patients,effectively reduce the complications,improve lung function and quality of life,and have a positive clinical significance for patients with rehabilitation.
