摘要
目前,俄东部地区石油天然气产量持续增长,俄中合作是保持这种增长势头的重要前提条件。俄中天然气合作的优先方向是:通过"西伯利亚力量"管线向中国供气、合作建立液化天然气生产企业和开展天然气化工项目合作。俄中石油合作优先方向是:通过东西伯利亚—太平洋管线支线向中国供油、进行石油勘探和开采合作、开展石油化工项目合作。此外,俄中合作生产油气部门所需技术设备也是合作优先方向之一。这种合作既要考虑到双方的国家战略利益,也要考虑到地方的利益。
At present, oil and gas production in the East of Russia has continuously increased. Russia - China cooperation is the important requirement to keep the trend of rise. The priority of Russia - China gas cooperation is to establish liquefied natural gas （LNG） production enterprises and develop natural gas chemical industry projects through gas pipelines of ＂ Power of Siberia＂. The priority of oil cooperation is to undertake explorationand exploitation for oil and develop oil chemical industry projects through Eastern Siberia - Pacific Ocean oil pipelines. In addition, technical equipment by oil and gas sectors is also one of the priorities of Russia - China cooperation which takes into account national interests as well as local interests.
