密歇根大学全面国际化及其对建设高水平大学的启示 被引量:3

摘要 随着经济全球化及高等教育国际化步伐的加快,进入21世纪以来,全面国际化的概念及理论应运而生,被称为国际化新的范式转换。根据美国教育协会ACE关于全面国际化的评价指标体系,密歇根大学的全面国际化实践,无论从深度还是广度来看,密歇根大学的课程、教师政策及实践、学生流动等三个领域的国际化程度都远远超出全美平均水平,也优于多数博士型大学,表现出全面国际化的典型特征:全面国际化已融入密歇根大学的核心使命,并从大学舞台边缘走向中心。密歇根大学案例对我国推进世界一流大学和高水平大学建设具有重要启示和借鉴意义。
