FVS0812铝合金等径角挤压变形过程的计算机模拟

摘要 等径角挤压(ECAP)是一种利用纯剪切变形获得块状超细晶材料的大塑性变形方法.首先通过Solidwork建立了等径角挤压的几何模型,再使用有限元Deform-3D对耐热铝合金FVS0812在不同摩擦系数条件下进行单道次ECAP模拟,获得了变形过程中载荷时间曲线、等效应力、等效应变以及速度场的分布规律,为以后的研究提供理论指导. Equal channel angular pressing (ECAP) is a large plastic deformation method depen- ding on pure shear to obtain bulk ultrafine grained materials. The Solidwork was used to build up the model of ECAP. With the help of finite element method analysis software Deform-3D, the load-time curve, the distribution of equivalent stress, the distribution of equivalent strain, the distribution of velocity were obtained, at various punch speeds and different friction factor be- tween workpiece and die, which provides the theoretical guidance for future research.
