摘要
建立RP-HPLC法测定复方奎宁注射液中4个主成分(一盐酸奎宁、奎尼丁、辛可宁、辛可尼丁)的含量.色谱柱采用安捷伦公司的C18色谱柱(4.6mm×15cm),流动相为磷酸盐—乙腈(体积比95∶5)(取磷酸二氢钾6.8g,加正己胺4mL,加水至700mL,用磷酸调pH至3.0),检测波长为316nm,考察一盐酸奎宁(2.502 1~7.506 3g/L)、奎尼丁(0.040 8~0.122 3g/L)、辛可宁(10.52~31.56g/L)、辛可尼丁(10.51~31.53g/L)在质量浓度范围内均具有良好的线性关系,r达到0.999,平均回收率分别为98.1%,99.4%,99.9%和99.6%.通过实验数据可知,该法与药典方法相比能更加准确地测定复方奎宁注射液中主成分的含量,测定方法简单快速、结果准确.
This paper is to establish a method for the determination of quinine compound injection in the main medicine by RP-HPLC. The Agilent C18 (4.6 min×15 cm) column was used. The detection wavelength was 316 nm. The mobile phase was phosphate buffer solution (95 : 5) (Taking potassium dihydrogen phosphate of 6.8 g and n-hexylamine of 4 mL, adding water to 700 mL, adjusted to pH 3.0 with phosphoric acid). It is perceived that this method can be used for the determination of quinine compound injection. The linear ranges of quinine hydrochloride (2. 502 1--7. 506 3 g/L), quinidine (0. 040 8--0. 122 3 g/L), cinchonine (10.52--31.56 g/L) and cinchonidine (10.51--31.53 g/L) were good (r=0. 999). The average recoveries were 98.1%, 99.4%, 99.9% and 99.6% respectively. It is perceived that this method is simple and accurate, which can be used for the determination of quinine compound injection.
