毛细管气相色谱法测定酚醛树脂中残留苯酚的含量

Determination of residual phenol content in phenolic resin by capillary gas chromatography

采用毛细管气相色谱内标法对酚醛树脂中的残留苯酚含量进行了定量测定。结果表明,该方法能准确测定酚醛树脂中的残留苯酚含量,方法的回收率为98.0%-99.6%,平均相对标准偏差为0.48%,具有较好的精密度与准确度,适合于酚醛树脂中残留苯酚含量的测定。

The residual phenol content in phenolic resin was determined quantitatively by using the internal standard method for capillary gas chromatography. The results show that this method can accurately determine the residual phenol content in phenolic resin. The recovery rate of this method is 98.0%-99.6%, and the average relative standard deviation is 0.48%. This method possesses good precision and accuracy, and it is suitable to determine the residual phenol content in phenolic resin.
