摘要
现今社会,垃圾短信仍然猖獗,对手机用户的正常生活造成了严重的干扰,甚至成为了不法分子的诈骗工具。论文分析了现今垃圾短信的主要来源,然后提出了一系列的垃圾短信治理对策,对于营造良好的通信运营环境具有一定的现实意义。
Today, spare messages are still rampant. The spare messages have caused serious interference to the phone user＇s normal life, and even become a tool for fraud criminals. This paper analyzes the main source of spare messages today, and then puts forward a series of control countermeasure. This paper carries some practical significance for creating an enabling environment of communication operation.
