摘要 军事信息系统互操作是联合作战中夺取制信息权的关键,同时也是提高作战效能的倍增器。本文通过研究与借鉴美军信息系统互操作性设计与验证的机制、流程与方法,提出了构建适用于我军信息系统互操作性设计与验证的方法及模型,为提高我军信息系统互操作水平提供有意义的参考。 Interoperability of military information systems is the key to capture the information superiority and operational effectiveness in joint operation. The mechanism, implementation process and methods of interoperation development and certification of information systems of U.S. army are researched. The methods and models of interoperation development and certification applicable for our army are proposed. This paper will provide a reference for our army to improve the interoperability level.
