摘要 文化产业是通过创造文化、传播文化与消费文化有机统一的经济形态。为了把握文化产业的经济属性和社会属性,既要认识文化产品艺术性、审美性、文化性、直观性、想象性、情感性和精神性特征,又要把握文化产业文化传播性、意识形态性、价值共享性、自然的人化性和心灵服务专业性的特征。发展文化产业,要遵循市场规律和价值规律,遵循文化发展的一般规律和特殊规律。文化产业的经济属性既具有一般经济活动的属性特点,也具有个性创造、快速便捷、复制拷贝、绿色环保、高附加值和高风险性的特点。文化产业的社会属性包括文化产品所体现出来的政治、法律、道德、艺术、哲学和宗教等社会意识形态的价值取向,也包括文化产品所蕴含的人性、自由、理想、理性、情感、意志、欲求、趣味和心理等人文情怀。用真善美三个维度来判断文化产业的社会属性,建构判断文化产业社会属性的指标体系,实现合规律性与合目的性的和谐统一。要实现文化产业的社会属性,需要提高文化创意者的创意水平和文化企业的创造能力,提高文化产品消费者的消费能力,畅通文化产品的生产、传播与消费渠道,需要文化产品具有特殊的魅力,要有保障机制,建立优良的文化产业人才机制、文化产业发展机制、文化产业评价机制和文化产业管理机制。 Cultural Industries is a kind of economic form which is an organic unity of the creation of culture, the dissemination of culture and the consumption of culture. The economic attribute of Cultural Industries not only have the characteristics of general economic activities, but also have the characteristics of individual creativity, fast convenience, replicated copies, environmental protection, high-value addition and high-risk features. The social attribute of Cultural Industries includes the value orientation and social ideology of cultural products such as politics, law, morality, art, philosophy, religion etc, also includes the human feelings such as human nature, freedom, ideals, reason, emotion, will, desires, tastes and psychology which reflect in cultural products. We should use the three dimensions of truth, goodness and beauty to determine the social attribute of Cultural Industries, to construct the social attribute index system of Cultural Industries, and to achieve the harmony of regularity and purpose. To realize the social attribute of Cultural Industries, China needs to improve the creativity of cultural creative individuals and the creativity of cultural enterprises, enhance the consumption of cultural products, smooth the channels of production, dissemination and consumption of cultural products; the cultural products need to have a special charm; We must have safe-guard mechanism, establish the talented persons mechanism, development mechanism, evaluation mechanism and management mechanism of Cultural Industries.
