摘要
研究以稻壳灰为原料制备硅胶干燥剂,在500℃条件下煅烧得到稻壳灰,采用湿法从稻壳灰中提取二氧化硅(SiO_2),加入硫酸制成硅酸胶体,经冲洗、干燥得到干燥剂。通过XPS检测确定稻壳灰中各元素种类和含量、XRD检测确定二氧化硅(SiO_2)存在状态,最后对硅胶干燥剂的干燥能力进行分析。
The study states that rice husk ash as raw material produce silica gel desiccant. Calcine at 500℃ to obtain rice husk ash, and extract the silica (SiO2) from rice husk ash by wet way, then sulfuric acid is added into the hydrated silica colloidal, rinsing, drying to obtain a desiccant. The sample detected by XPS to determine the variety and content of each element in rice husk ash, by XRD to determine the presence status of silicon dioxide (SiO2). Lastly, the study analyzes the drying capacity of silica gel desiccant.
