摘要
射频前端链路预算是接收机设计的重要步骤,为检验设计方案的正确性提供了重要依据。在研究级联系统噪声系数和非线性效应的基础上,提出了基于器件模型化的链路预算表设计方法,能够适应有源和无源器件,灵活地配置目标计算参数,任意增减器件级数,并具备噪声系数计算结果自我验证能力。与同类链路计算软件比较,计算项目更多,中间结果可视化,更加便于设计纠错和方案优化。
The link budget for a receiver RF front-end circuit is a significant design procedure, providing an evaluation basis for the validity of the design scheme. Based on research of noise figure and nonlinear effect, a link budget design method based on device modeling was proposed, compatible for active and passive device, flexible of target parameter configuration, convenient for cascade regulation and self-verification. In comparison with similar calculation software, the advantage of the link budget lies in more target parameters, visualization of intermediate results and convenience for error correction as well as scheme optimization.
