亚麻籽油的超临界CO_2萃取及其脂肪酸成分的GC-MS分析

摘要 在单因素试验的基础上,通过正交试验对亚麻籽油的超临界CO_2萃取工艺进行优化,并对萃取物亚麻籽油的脂肪酸组成进行了测定与分析。试验结果表明,当萃取压力为12 MPa、萃取温度为45℃、CO_2流量为16 L/h、萃取时间为60 min时,萃取率可达69.55%。经GC–MS测定,共分离鉴定出9种脂肪酸,其中6种不饱和脂肪酸,占脂肪酸总量的87.90%,3种饱和脂肪酸,占脂肪酸总量的11.80%。与传统的压榨法相比,超临界CO_2萃取法的出油率及不饱和脂肪酸含量均有所提高。 Based on the single factor test, the supercritical CO2 extraction process of flaxseed oil was optimized by orthogonal test. The fatty acid composition of the oil was determined and analyzed. The results showed that when extraction pressure was 12 MPa, extraction temperature was 45℃, CO2 flow rate 16 L/h, and extraction time was 60 min, the extraction rate could be up to 69.55%. 9 kinds of fatty acids were identified by GC-MS: 6 kinds of unsaturated fatty acids were identified, constituted 87.90% of the total fatty acids; 3 kinds of saturated fatty acids were identified, constituted 11.80% of the total fatty acids. Compared with the traditional pressing method, the oil yield and unsaturated fatty acid content by supercritical CO2 extraction method were improved.
