摘要
针对液压支架的动态性能严重影响采掘安全的情况,考虑土壤属性对液压支架系统的影响,将液压缸等效为弹簧、阻尼,采用多体传递矩阵法建立了液压支架-土壤相互作用系统动力学模型,通过与仿真值对比,验证了理论模型的正确性,基于此模型开展了不同液压介质体积弹性模量、不同活塞有效面积对活柱最大退缩量的影响研究,为提高采掘安全与指导液压支架的设计提供理论依据。
The dynamic performance of the hydraulic support seriously affects the mining safety. Considering that soil properties influence the hydraulic support dynamic characteristic, dynamic model of hydraulic support soil system is established based on transfer matrix method of multibody. Regarded as spring and damping, the hydraulic cylinder is introduced into the model. Meanwhile ,verified the validity of the theoretical model by carrying out deformation simulation analysis under the action of impact loading. And then, studied the effects of different volume elastic modulus of hydraulic medium, the effective areas of the piston on the maximum withdrawal rate of the column, and provided theoretical basis for the hydraulic support design and optimization.
