摘要 介绍了硬铝空心锥形凸缘螺丝成形工艺及模具设计的方法,分析了硬铝塑性较差给冷挤压、冷镦和外螺纹滚压工艺带来困难的特点,从成形工艺、模具设计及表面处理等方面采取了措施,较好地解决了该零件塑性成形工艺产生的缺陷。也为强度较低的无色金属空心壁上滚压外螺纹提供了较有效的方法。 Introducing the forming technology and the method of die design about hard aluminum alloy hollow conical flange screw forming process and die. It analyses the characteristic that the cold extrusion, cold heading and outer thread rolling process will be affected if the plasticity of hard aluminum alloy is weak. Effective measures are taken process the forming process, the die design as well as the surface treatment and so on. In order to solve the defect that produced in the forming process of the part. It also provides more effective method for rolling the outer thread of the colorless metal hollow wall with low intensity.
