摘要
在综采工作面仰采开采过程中,截煤、拉架、推溜3个主要工序均出现由坡度较大所带来的技术问题,并且工序间相互影响和制约,经常影响工作面开采的安全和正常运行。在仰采条件下,液压支架工况恶劣,顶板管理困难,容易出现片帮冒顶,移架困难等问题。通过设备选型配套技术研究,优化设备结构,可提高工作面设备适应性,满足工作面安全生产需要。
In the process of upward mining, technical issues always appear which brought by the larger slope in coal cutting, powered support advancing, face conveyor pushing, also, inter-process above interactions and constraints, which often affects working face mining safety and normal operation. Under the environments of upward mining, side fall roof cavingand powered support advancing difficulties are easy to occurwhich due to the powered supports working in harsh conditions, roof difficult to control. Through studies on equipment selection and corollary, and optimization of the device structure, can improve the adaptability of face equipment and meet needs of security of working face.
