Multi-perspective Analysis of Traditional Apprenticeship and Modern Apprentice System

现代学徒制是把传统学徒制与现代职业教育相结合的校企合作制度。实施现代学徒制有利于推动行业、企业培训专员人才,课程内容与职业实践相匹配,教学过程与生产实践相融合,从而全面提升人才培养质量。基于此,主要从多个角度对传统学徒制与现代学徒制进行研究分析。

Modern apprenticeship is a combination of the traditional apprenticeship and modern higher vocational education. Imple- menting modem apprenticeship system contributes to promoting the enterprises to cultivate more high-quality skilled talents, and in- tegrating course content with professional standard, and teaching process with production process so as to improve the quality of person- nel training. Therefore, this paper makes an analysis of traditional apprenticeship and modem apprenticeship from multiple perspec- tives.
