摘要
面对基建现场较繁重的电流互感器二次检测任务,目前,电力系统二次专业仍然使用多人配合、干电池点极性的传统方法,费时耗力容易出错。设计并研发了一套自动化、集成度高的CT二次检测仪,并介绍该成果的设计原理、使用方法和技术优越性。最后,通过在生产现场的实际应用效果,验证了该测试仪的正确性和先进性。
In the face of the onerous and complicated inspection tasks of the current transformer secondary in the infrastructure site of substation,it is so time-consuming,laborious and error-prone to measure each CT secondary windings with the traditional methods of pointing battery polarity by two person,currently. Thus,this paper designs and develops a set of automation-integration tester of CT secondary. Then,the design principle,using method and technical superiority of the tester is described in detail. Through the practical application effect in substation production site,this tester is verified to be validity and advancement in the field of power system.
