摘要
随着智能变电站的投运及电网调度自动化系统的不断发展,各项业务对"三遥"基础数据质量要求越来越高。状态估计应用是建立在技术支撑平台基础上网络应用软件,其维护与调试目的是为了提升基础数据质量及其他高级应用功能,也是调度自动化专业的一项基础工作。行业和企业标准对状态估计遥测合格率有明确的要求。文章首先对状态估计合格率简要说明,对当前唐山地区状态估计合格率存在的问题进行分析,针对现状对影响状态估计合格率的图形、数据库参数、模型,外网等因素进行分析并提出解决方法,重点阐述基础量测数据母线功率平衡问题对状态估计的影响和处理措施,最后进行了效果验证,并提出进一步提升状态估计合格率的改进措施。
As the operation of intelligent substation and the continuous development of power grid dispatching automation system,the requirements of various businesses to the basic data quality of telemetering,remote signalling and remote control systems are getting higher and higher. The application of state estimation is based on the technical support platform,the purpose of its maintenance and debugging is to improve the quality of basic data and other advanced application functions,and it is a basic work of dispatching automation. Industrial and enterprise standards for the pass rate of state estimation have a clear requirement. This paper first gives a brief description to the pass rate of state estimation,analyses existing problem of the pass rate of Tangshan state estimation. According to the current situation,this paper proposes solution to the pass rate of state estimation which is influenced by the factors such as graphics,database parameter,model,external network,as well as focuses on the problem of basic measurement data of bus power balance which influences and disposes state estimation. At last,the article has carried out the effect verification,and proposes an improvement measure for the pass rate of state estimation.
