摘要
文章针对某船右齿轮箱液压海水泵轴承温度过高的情况,从轴承故障和装配等方面进行了原因分析,认为轴承装配过盈量偏大是导致轴承温度过高的原因,并通过修理加工改善轴承装配过盈量排除了故障。
The reason is analyzed about the higher temperature of hydraulic sea-water pump on a ship＇s right gearbox. Considering the failure and assembling etc. , the longer beating assembling interference is known as the important influence factor, and the fault is eliminated through the repair processing in order to improve the beating assembly interference.
