摘要
应用Fluent有限元软件,建立计入轴线倾斜的水润滑艉轴承水膜CFD模型,研究艉轴倾角、冷却水流速、轴承间隙和艉轴转速对水润滑轴承冷却性能的影响规律,为水润滑轴承结构优化设计提供参考。结果表明,将冷却水流速、轴承间隙和艉轴转速控制在一定范围内可以有效地降低轴承温度;艉轴倾角增大会导致严重的轴承边缘效应、局部水膜变薄、轴承温度急剧升高、工作环境恶化。
The water film model of the water-lubricated stern shaft bearing is analyzed by Fluent finite element software. The influence of cooling water flow rate, bearing clearance and rotating speed of shaft on the cooling performance of the water lubricated bearing are studied in consideration of the stern shaft inclination. The simulation results show that the increase of cooling water flow rate, bearing clearance and rotating speed of shaft can effectively reduce bearing temperature. The bearing temperature rises sharply with thinning of water filing thickness due to the increase of inclined angle, which worsens the reliability of operaton.
