摘要
随着钢铁市场持续低迷,降低烧结矿成本成为主旋律,而降低烧结矿成本将意味着原料结构的劣质化。因此在优化原料结构的同时,也要保证烧结矿质量不能超出工艺控制要求,以防下道工序成本的上升。承钢结合自身资源特点,对烧结矿配比进行了探索,选择了适合的低价含铁废料,确定了合理的钒钛矿碱度区间,烧结点火由高炉煤气改为焦炉煤气,从管理上实行"标准化、定量化、趋势化"的管理,降低了烧结矿成本,稳定了烧结矿质量,保证了高炉稳定顺行。
Along with the iron and steel market being continuous downturn, to reduce the sinter cost becomes the main key, but that would lead to a bad raw materials structure. So in optimization of raw materials structure, the sinter quality must be also kept within the process control requirement to prevent the cost of the following stage to raise. The sinter proportioning in Cheng Steel is explored based on our own resource characteristics, the suitable low -price iron- bearing waste material is selected, the reasonable vanadium - titanium ore basicity range determined, coke gas is used to replace blast furnace gas to ignite, the " standardization, quantification and trend" management is carried out, the sintering cost reduced, the sinter quality stabilized, the steady operation of blast furnace guaranteed.
