化学工程专业已经成为专业硕士体系中最为重要的领域之一,也是东北林业大学研究生教学科研管理工作中的重要组成部分.结合林业院校的特点,阐述了化学工程硕士人才培养的意义,分析了国内外化学工程专业人才培养模式的发展现状,并针对目前人才培养体系存在的问题提出了若干建议,促进了化学工程专业人才培养体系更加完善.

Chemical engineering has become one of the most important areas of professional master systems, and is also an important part of graduate management in Northeast Forestry University. The characteristics of forestry institutions were discussed, and the significance of chemical engineering master personnel training was explained, then the development of domestic and foreign chemical engineering talent training mode were analyzed. A number of recommendations were suggested to the training system of the current problems, which to promote chemical engineering personnel training system to more perfect.
