摘要
以自我效能理论为基础,结合高校乒乓球的实际教学情况,运用文献资料、问卷调查、观察和实验等研究方法,对大学生在乒乓球学习中自我效能感的高低进行调查分析.结果表明,竞争或非竞争条件下,逐渐形成的较高自我效能感明显有助于提高运动成绩,同时降低了失败的负面影响.自我效能感强,乒乓球学习有动力,持续时间长.在高校乒乓球教学中,可以通过增强学生的学习兴趣、成功体验、营造氛围及淡化考试等措施,提高学生的自我效能感.
Based on the theory of self-efficacy theory, combined with the actual situation of the table tennis teaching in colleges and universities, using literature, questionnaire, observation and experiment research methods, such as in table tennis learning self-efficacy of college students of high and low were investigated. The results showed that competitive conditions or not under the competitive conditions, gradually formed the high self-efficacy significantly help to improve performance, and reduce the negative impact of the failure. Self-efficacy is strong, table tennis learning motivated, long duration, etc. In table tennis teaching in colleges and universities can enhance students' interest in learning and success experience, build atmosphere, dilution test measures such as improving the students' self-efficacy.
