摘要
权力腐败已严重威胁到党的执政地位和国家的发展前途,而作为不敢腐的惩戒机制是整个制约监督权力运行机制的最后一环。可以通过提高惩戒机构的相对独立性与权威性,强化惩戒机制的科学性与规范性,制定严格而又可操作的惩戒规则与程序,构建科学严格的制约监督权力运行的惩戒机制。
Power corruption has been a serious threat to the Party＇ s ruling status and the development of the country＇ s future, and as a punishment mechanism, it is not the corruption of the entire control and supervision of the power of the running mechanism. It can be performed by improving the disciplinary mechanism of relative independence and authority to strengthen disciplinary mechanism of scientific and normative, formulation and strict disciplinary rules and procedures, to build scientific and strict supervision and control of power operation of disciplinary mechanisms.
