摘要
通过调整玻璃组成中的氧化铝与二氧化硅的摩尔比,采用高温熔化实验制作玻璃样品,测试了玻璃样品的抗张强度、维氏显微硬度,以抗张强度与维氏显微硬度之比来表征玻璃的柔性指数。研究表明,Al_2O_3/SiO_2摩尔比对玻璃的柔性有显著的影响,选择合适的Al_2O_3/SiO_2摩尔比可以有效地提高玻璃的柔性,以满足柔性玻璃的使用要求。
By adjusting the molar ratio of Al2O3/SIO2 in the glass, we made glass samples by high temperature melting experiment and we tested the tensile strength and the vickers microhardness of them.The ratio of the tensile strength and vickers microhardness is used to characterize the flexibility index of the glass. The studies had shown that, The molar ratio of Al2O3/SiO2 has a significant impact on flexible of the glass, choosing a appropriate molar ratio of Al2O3/SiO2 could improve the flexibility of the glass effectively,this could meet the using requirements of the flexible glass.
