Application of Machine Vision Positioning System to Processing TFT Glass Substrate

Positioning TFT glass substrate while grinding process was achieved by CCD imaging and image processing driving set. The configuration and working principle of the system were sequentially described, i.e. starting with the hardware construction, then set up and adjustment of the image processer, finally connection communication among sub-systems. The machine vision positioning was used in TFT glass substrate process from automatic photographing positioning to automatic grinding process.
