机器视觉定位系统在TFT玻璃基板加工的应用

摘要 论述了利用CCD相机成像和图像处理驱动装置来实现TFT玻璃基板研磨加工过程中的定位。首先从介绍硬件构建入手,然后讲述图像处理器的设置及调试,再讨论系统间的连接通信,最终实现了从自动完成照相定位到自动研磨的整个过程。 Positioning TFT glass substrate while grinding process was achieved by CCD imaging and image processing driving set. The configuration and working principle of the system were sequentially described, i.e. starting with the hardware construction, then set up and adjustment of the image processer, finally connection communication among sub-systems. The machine vision positioning was used in TFT glass substrate process from automatic photographing positioning to automatic grinding process.
