摘要
建立了葡萄酒中残留甲醇的气相色谱分析方法。采用安捷伦6890N型气相色谱仪(配备氢火焰离子化检测器、安捷伦7890B型自动进样器)和HP·INNOWAX30m×0.32mm×0.25m毛细管色谱柱。氮气作为载气,流速为30mL/min,氢气为助燃气30mL/min。样品先经过蒸馏处理,再进样,以外标法定量。标准曲线线性回归方程Y=552.62x-32.096。相关系数是0.9993,在添加浓度为0.79~7.9g/L范围内,葡萄酒的加标回收率为90.1%-105.3%,相对标准偏差为0.04%。0.12%,测得葡萄酒中甲醇含量为72—230mg/L,符合我国卫生标准。此方法操作简单、灵敏,能快速和准确地测定葡萄酒中残留甲醇的含量。
Gas chromatography was established for analyzing methanol content in wine. Agilent 6890N gas chromatograph (equipped with FID, Agilent 7890B automatically sampler) and HP-INNOWAX 30 m × 0. 32 mm × 0. 25 μm capillary chromatographic column was used. Take nitrogen as the carrier gas with the flow rate of 30 mL/min, hydrogen gas as oxidant gas with the flow rate of 30 mL/min. Samples were first processed by distillation, and then into the sample, using external to fix the quota. The standard curve linear regression equation was y = 552.62x - 32. 096. The correlation coefficient was 0. 9993 in the concentration range of 0. 79 - 7.9 g/L, the recovery rate of wine was 90. 1%- 105.3% and the relative standard deviation was 0. 04% -0. 12%. The methanol content in wine was measured in the range of 72 -230 mg/L, which met the health standards in China. This method was easy and sensitive to use. It can determinethe content of methanol in wine rapidly and accurately.
