摘要
Pseudomonas.oleovorans 14682是一种可以产生短链PHA的菌株,其产PHA的能力、单体组成跟碳源、发酵条件有关.在以甘油为唯一碳源时,只产生PHB.实验采用了不同浓度梯度的甘油和乙酰丙酸作为发酵碳源,证明了P.oleovorans 14682可以利用该混合碳源产生PHB-PHV共聚物,共聚物PHB-PHV的单体百分比跟甘油和乙酰丙酸的比例有一定关系.
Pseudomonas oleovorans 14682 is a strain that can produce short-chain polyhydroxyalkanoate (sc-PHA) polymers, and the composition of monomer are related to the composition of carbon source and the conditions of fermentation. When glycerine was supplied as the sole carbon,it could produce PHB. In this paper, glycerine and levulinic acid were used as co- substrates for the fermentative synthesis of short-chain polyhydroxyalkanoate (sc-PHA) biopolymers with tunable monomer and molecular weight characteristics. Different concentration gradient of glycerine and levulinic acid were demonstrated as the carbon source of fermentation, These results provided a novel means by which lycerine and levulinic acid can be usedcollectively to produce an array of distinct sc-PHA biopolymers.
