摘要
精益管理近年来从工业管理应用到了医院管理中。文中从创新意识、大质量观方面培养管理者理念,通过完善规章制度、实施结构化电子病历系统管理、建立反馈机制等措施改进日常医疗管理工作,以先进理念、心理干预、和谐文化打造以人为本氛围等方面着手,应用精益管理提高工作效率,完善质量控制。
In recent years, lean management has been applied to hospital management from industrial management. This arti- cle eultivatesthe idea of administratoffrom innovative awareness and quality view aspect. The daily medical management was improved by consummating the rules and regulations, the implementation of structured electronic medical record system management, and the estab- lishment of a feedback mechanism. In the aspect of advanced ideas, psychological intervention, and harmonious culture to create a people-oriented atmosphere, etc. lean management was implied to improve work efficiency and quality control.
