摘要
目前很多采用正压AS法脱硫煤气净化工艺的焦化厂在初冷器中采用混合液洗萘,经洗萘后的煤气在脱硫、脱氨、洗苯等工艺中设备、介质受萘的影响造成设备堵塞、洗涤介质含萘(煤气含萘高设备容易堵塞,洗涤介质在煤气洗涤过程中吸收部分萘造成洗涤富液等舍萘)。设备堵塞后直接影响生产,洗涤富液含萘后造成后序产品(如浓氨水等)品质低劣。因此煤气洗涤前仍需将煤气中的含萘量进一步降低。
At present, in coking plants in which coal gas purification technology with positive pressure AS desulphurization is used, naphthalene in coal gas is washed off by mixed liquid in precooler. But, there is still some residual naphthalene in washed coal gas from pre-cooler, the residual naphthalene makes equipment blocked and cause lotion containing naphthalene, that is, if naphthalene content in coal gas is high, equipment is easy to be blocked and lotion in subsequent processes absorbs a part of naphthalene in coal gas to result in lotion containing naphthalene. Equipment blocking influences production and naphthalene-containing lotion makes quality of subsequent products (such as stronger ammonia water) poor. Therefore, before coal gas washing, it is necessary to further reduce naphthalene content in coal gas.
