首钢水钢1350m3高炉空料线停炉实践

摘要 首钢水钢1350m3高炉于2016年1月8日停炉,通过采取停炉前洗炉、保证降料面顺利、降料面期间空料线回收煤气,缩短降料面时间,降料面过程中无较大爆震,定时取煤气分析,确保煤气系统安全,加装长探尺配合雷达测量,实现了降料面过程快速、安全、环保,为今后停妒工作积累了经验。 1350 m3 blast furnace in Shuigang of Shougang blew out on January 8 of 2016. A series of measures such as washing furnace before blowing out, descending burden surface smoothly, recovering coal gas during burden surface descending process, shortening burden surface descending time, preventing violent vibration in burden surface descending process, sampling and analyzing coal gas regularly, ensuring security of coal gas system and setting up long trial rod matched with radar measurement were used so that the burden surface descending process was fast and safe and unpolluted, which provided experience for blowing out in the future.
