The paper introduces a technology on the production of HTV silicone rubber. For the problems of great operating strength and unstable volatile parts of the product, we improve the filter, the pressure of the polymerization kettle and the vacuum system. After the improvement, 2 men reduced, feeding time shortens 70 rain, and the maximum deviation of the volatile decreases from 0.3% to 0.1%.
